Theodore Golovkin aka Mr. Golovkin or Eddie (voiced by Paul F. Tompkins) is one of the teacher chaperones in Poetry of the Penals Adventure.
He mentions having a stepbrother named Glarn.
It is revealed in Arranger-ous Minds Adventure through the help of Moon that Theodore has Obsesive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
During their first day as Junior Janitors, Quinn, and Moon, guided by Russell, find a note he wrote to Ms. Anderson, although most of the students already know about this relationship ever since Corinne saw them kissing but Anderson soon ended up dumping Golovkin. Later revealed to be a symptom of his OCD, Golovkin refused to move his model train set because that was the "route" it was supposed to go on. She got back together with him after he began to work through his OCD.
In “A Bear-tiful Find Adventure” it's mentioned to be their 1-year anniversary.
In “Dial M for Moon-der Adventure” he's nickname Eddie by Moon
