Russell (voiced by John Gemberling) is one of Moon's classmates. He and Henry seem to be Moon's closest friends.

A recurring joke is his reference to his mother's boyfriend Jamie.
He taunts Quinn and Moon in Autumn If You Got Em Adventure saying they're in love. He keeps doing that in Arranger-ous Minds Adventure.
He is the head of the "Junior Janitors", a student club of sorts that act as the children's version of the janitorial staff. One of their main duties is searching for missing items of students. In Arranger-ous Minds, when Joshua misplaces his retainer, they end up finding it in Mr. Golovkins's trashbin.
He plays a major role in It's Compli-skated Adventure as Judy's "rom-com" skating partner. He relates how he developed extreme claustrophobia from when a bounce house deflated on him during his seventh birthday
