Kathleen Tobin is the ex-wife of Beef Tobin and left him and their kids for a man named Marcus.
Prior to taking Kathleen to Pennsylvania, Marcus was married to Mary and was Wolf's dance instructor.
Her appearance is not revealed in season 1, but is revealed in a flashback in season 2.
